Transportation Service – Shuttle to Sun Peaks Resort

We continue to offer this 2020/2021  winter ski season  transportation service from YVR – Vancouver Airport and Greater Vancouver to Sun Peaks Ski resort located just about 420 km (260 mi) from Vancouver airport,  just northeast from Kamloops;   https://www.sunpeaksresort.com/.

Sun Peaks slopes are known as cozy place with amazing powder and many quality runs. It has been home for the Canadian Olympic team and also other international Olympic ski teams did last fine tuning there before main events. Trip from Vancouver  in the Winter excluding stops is about 5-6 hours.

For the convenience of real skiing  “mountain hopping addicts” we also provide for direct transfer from Sun Peaks to Whistler or vice versa. This is very convenient trip as it takes only about 4.5- 5.5 hours door to door. Time not wasted on airports/security, subject to reasonable weather conditions and passable roads. We always monitor the road condition making sure that trip is possible.

There are many reasons when direct ground connection from Vancouver to Sun Peaks is better option, especially for the group of  five or more. Our price one way is $1640.00 including tax and service charge/gratuity  per vehicle. We believe this is the best price – value for transportation to Sun Peaks. Sun Peaks to/from Whistler is $1640.00 again one way. This price is for Mercedes Sprinter van (up to11 passengers) and  Mercedes GL class SUV (up to 4 pass.).

It could be just price – air ticket to Kamloops is about $450.00pp and transportation from Kamloops airport to Sun Peaks in private shuttle about $500 both plus applicable taxes  so it easy to calculate the benefit of the direct transfer. There are many occasions when in the winter Kamloops airport is closed or restricted with flights delayed or canceled for bad weather and no one want to miss international flight or a day of precious vacations. We had saved few vacationers from Australia and England  when bad weather closed Kamloops airport and 4×4 luxury SUV was way to go. This is the time when travel insurance comes handy!
